- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Dr. Katz is a wonderful vet. However, we recently bought our 9 year old dog into see him, and we were told that he wasn't there. No one told us that before we scheduled the appointment. We ended up seeing another female vet who was very pushy and would not listen. Our dog has had the same ear problem for 9 years, and Dr. Katz prescribes the same thing every time to treat it. It works wonderfully. She refused to listen to us, and she refused to refill the prescription. We did the new medication she told us to. Well... fast forward another week. Now we came home to a dog with blood coming out of both of his ears! We called immediately, and Dr. Katz told us to come pick up the normal medication we always used. I am praying our dog can still hear after all of this. I should also mention that the receptionist was very short with us and rude today. I would highly recommend Dr. Katz. We honestly love him and the care he provides to our animals. However, stay away from the female vet there! I feel just terrible for our dog.April 11, 2017by Julie Lightbody
